Keeping you safe
In line with government guidance, we have put enhanced safety measures in place to keep both you and our team protected at all times. Our Aftersales departments will see little change due to the social distancing measures, protective screens, face masks, key drops and cashless payment processes already implemented over the last few months.
ADDITIONAL HYGIENE MEASURES.
We’re providing hand sanitiser for everyone and will be abstaining from handshakes. All our Technicians will be changing gloves and washing hands after every car handled.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES.
To maintain the social distancing guidelines outlined by the government, we have changed the layout of our centres so that customers and colleagues can be at least 2 metres apart at all times.
OUR FACILITIES AND TOUCH POINTS.
In addition to our normal cleaning schedule, further cleaning measures will be put in place including a focus on car touch points, so you can jump right in without worry.
FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY.
Following government guidance, face coverings will still be mandatory in all of our showrooms to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
