Position: BMW Finance and Insurance Administrator

Here at Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a BMW Finance and Insurance Administrator. The position is located at our Wilmslow Centre consisting of BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop.

Reporting to the BMW New Car Sales Manager, the main objectives of the post are to:

  • To undertake financial administrative duties for new and used BMW vehicle sales.
  • Adhere to compliance procedures in terms of data protection, finance application, finance pay out and status disclosure documentation.
  • Fully complete all FCA, SAF and ITC training and ensure that all FCA and Halliwell Jones compliance requirements are met in full.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives smoothly and in a timely manner, with specific responsibility for the administration of finance and insurance products.

Essential criteria for the position includes:

  • Knowledge of financial packages and insurance products.
  • Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Reliable and focussed.
