Here at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator. The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop.
To support and assist the Group IT & Facilities Manager in maintaining the Group’s Facilities management.
What we're looking for
Computer Literate with knowledge of MS Office 365.
Strong communication, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of work and service.
Willingness to learn and develop the role.
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player offering help and support to others.
An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality with an outstanding attitude to Facilities management with ability to use own initiative.
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
