Here at Halliwell Jones Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator. The position is located at our Southport Centre consisting of Aftersales and BMW and MINI Sales. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the main objectives of the post are to:

  • To support the workshop controller & Service Advisors with administrative support in costing invoices.
  • To maximise efficiency in all administration areas relating to the costing office.
  • To deal with on a daily basis retail, warranty, internal, service package, one link and lease company invoicing.
  • Review and monitor labour rates invoices ensuring maximum recovery.
  • To ensure the completion of all internal and external service invoices.
  • To monitor Work In Progress daily.
  • To complete the VHC quoting and follow the VHC pricing and process efficiently and in a timely manager
  • Record lost sales accurately

Essential criteria for the position includes:

  • Some experience within the Motor Trade would be ideal but full training can be given to a suitable candidate that is able to learn a multiple number of systems used within the BMW / MINI Franchise.
  • Excellent administration and communication skills.
  • A commitment to proving excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
  • Team player that offers help and support to others.
  • Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
