24 hours prior to collection you will receive a handover video so you will be familiar with controls and safety functions of your new car. Following the collection of the car our dedicated team will then contact you inside 24 hours to answer any further questions you may have.
Now it’s time to choose how you’d like to get your new BMW or MINI - collect from a Halliwell Jones centre near you or have your vehicle delivered straight to your door with our home delivery service.
A member of our Sales Team will arrange a convenient time to collect your new car once all paperwork is completed. Prior to collection of the car, your vehicle will be fully sanitised using an approved product, which is taken through the ventilation system and sanitises all surfaces within the vehicle.
Your vehicle will then be protected with covers for the driver’s seat, gear shift knob (manual or auto), handbrake and steering wheel. To maintain social distancing we will drive your vehicle outside the handover bay and all protective coverings will be removed and disposed of safely. Your keys will be fully sanitised and left inside the vehicle, ready for you to drive away.
For customers who are unable to collect their car from one of our centres, we can arrange delivery directly to your home. Charges are applicable for this service, please speak to a member of our Sales Team for full details.
