Buying a new BMW or MINI is an exciting process
Now the countdown has begun to the delivery of your new car we wanted to take the opportunity to make you aware of all the processes and documents required to ensure a smooth handover and get you on the road and driving your new car as quickly as possible.
To assist in the prevention of fraud, we respectfully require you to bring along your driving licence to the vehicle handover, which must be in your current address.
Payment of Balance
All vehicles must be paid for in full before you are able to take delivery of your car, however there are a number of ways in which you can pay. As of 15 January 2018 there are now no charges for balances paid by either debit and credit cards.

- Cash (£7,500 limit)
- Cheque (10-day clearance required)
- Bankers Draft (10-day clearance required)
- Debit Card
- Credit Card (£1,000 limit)
Your Part Exchange
If you have a part exchange please bring along the following items on the day of your handover:
- Vehicle Registration Document (log book)
- Service book
- Vehicle handbook
- MOT Certificate (if applicable)
- Spare Keys
Vehicle Finance
If you have purchased your new car using one of our finance packages, we will require you to come into the Centre prior to delivery with your driving licence to sign the documents.
Additional ID may be required, i.e. bank statements, passport, utility bills, etc. which must be dates within the last 90 days.
