WE'RE RAISING MONEY FOR CANCER SUPPORT

We are delighted to announce that we're fundraising for our charities of the year! In 2019 our chosen charities are Macmillan Cancer Support & Marie Curie. 

From home-made cakes bake sales, charity car washes, auctions & raffles we're giving it our all to raise as much as we can for these two fantastic charities.

We're calling on you to help us make this happen. Keep your eyes peeled for our Pink MINI Convertible which will be out and about and visiting events in the North West & North Wales raising awareness of our fundraising campaign.

£28 could pay for...

a Macmillan nurse for 1 hour, helping people living with cancer and their families receive essential medical, practical and emotional support

£20 could pay for...

50 copies of 'The cancer guide'. This Macmillan booklet can help someone recently diagnosed with cancer and their families, understand more about cancer, its treatment, and the help available.

£15 could pay for ...

a Macmillan social care worker or family support worker for 1 hour, helping patients, family members, and carers manager the social and practical problems of living with cancer.

For every £10...

that Macmillan spend on their phone service could lead to their welfare rights advisers on the Macmillan Support Line helping people affected by cancer to claim £423 in benefits they are entitled to.

£6.50 could pay for...

25 copies of the new edition of 'Preparing a child for loss', a new resource Macmillan produced in partnership with Winston's Wish.

£5 could pay for....

a 'Move More' guide. This is designed to help people living with cancer to become more active and includes information and practical advice about setting goals and how to get started. It also includes a 'Moving to music' CD.

£4.80 could pay for....

10 copies of the Macmillan 'End of Life' booklet, produced in partnership with Marie Curie.
