Yes – we offer Halliwell Jones Warranty Assistance and MOT cover on a new vehicles providing you have purchased the vehicle from Halliwell Jones. Cover must be taken out within 30 days of purchase.

Yes – we offer Halliwell Jones Warranty Assistance and MOT cover on a used BMW providing you have purchased the vehicle from Halliwell Jones. Cover must be taken out within 30 days of purchase.

Should you make a claim there is no excess contribution to be made by the customer.

No – our warranty cover offers unlimited claims and pays up to the value of the vehicle at the time of purchase in the aggregate.

Yes- our warranty cover takes care of the costs in full of both parts and labour. There are no hidden charges.

Yes – Being a manufacturer approved retailer we only use genuine parts. Our expert technicians will only replace any old parts with new manufacturer specification parts designed for your specific model. There is no customer contribution where the warranty repair replaces new-for-old parts.

If your vehicle needs to be with us for an extended period of time during a warranty repair we can help keep you on the road. We will reimburse the cost of hiring a replacement vehicle up to a mid-sized saloon for up to 7 days (after the first 24 hours).

Yes – with our warranty cover we can cover alternate expenses within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland including hotels, rail fairs, tolls and ferries up to £75 including VAT.

Yes – should your vehicle be immobilised by a breakdown, Roadside Assistance is available as part of your cover.
