About the role: BMW New Car Retail Sales Manager - Warrington
Here at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a BMW New Car Retail Sales Manager. The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop.
We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-driven Retail Sales Manager to help lead our BMW New Car Sales team at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd. You’ll be a key part of the department’s success – owning the enquiry process, driving finance performance, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued.
This is more than a back-office role. You’ll be on the showroom floor, challenging the team’s daily activity, spotting new leads through eMaster, service, and CRM tools, and ensuring a seamless experience through to handover. With our centre recently finishing 4th nationally for customer satisfaction, we’re looking for someone who will help us push even higher.
As part of our long-term vision, we’re committed to developing future leaders from within. You’ll receive hands-on support and mentorship from the New Car Sales Manager with a clear focus on building the next generation of management talent.

Your Responsibilities
Maximise sales and finance opportunities while maintaining profitability and compliance.
Drive customer and finance retention using eMaster, CRM, and service leads to identify and convert opportunities.
Lead live enquiry management: allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Challenge daily team activity and step in to support or close deals when needed.
Personally meet or support every retail customer at handover to maintain premium satisfaction.
Foster a positive, can-do culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for

Confidence with eMaster and CRM for opportunity management.

Clear communication and the ability to challenge and support the team.
Accuracy and resilience under pressure.
Familiarity with BMW systems or similar platforms.
