Here at Halliwell Jones (Wilmslow) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a BMW New Car Retail Sales Manager. The position is located at our Wilmslow Centre consisting of BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop.   • Drive incremental sales through the use of Emaster and Alphabet BPP Retention Portal.
  • Manage the retention process for the dealership utilising Emaster and Halliwell Jones Contact Plan.
  • Ensure early settlement requests are administered on Emaster & Drive and contacted in a timely manner
  • Profitability and financial administrative duties for BMW vehicle sales as well as providing appropriate and adequate coverage within the dealership.
  • To achieve agreed financial sales targets for new car sales and finance income, within defined operating and financial guidelines including any profit generating products.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives smoothly and in a timely manner, with specific responsibility for the Retention strategy.
  • Work with the sales manager to ensure enquiry management process is adhered to.
  • Responsible for new vehicle sale profitability in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • Knowledge of financial packages, accessories and insurance products.
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Reliable and focussed.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Experience communicating with Senior Management.
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of Drive and Word package IT experience.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Excel.
