Your Responsibilities
- Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the BMW & MINI products.
- Promote the technical unique selling points of BMW & MINI products and the associated customer benefits such as Digital Handover and the BMW & MINI App.
- Offer exceptional customer service through informative, non-pressured customer discussion.
- Welcome/Host customers in the centre and ensuring every aspect of an exceptional customer experience is provided.
- Provide support to Aftersales departments during peak times.
- Adhere to all financial compliance and FCA regulations.

- Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
- An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service
- Passion for BMW & MINI products and technology.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Is a team player. Offers help and support to others.
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
