Your BMW uses Condition-Based Servicing (CBS)—built-in smart tech that monitors vehicle systems and tells you exactly when a service is due. Typically, that’s every year or based on mileage, but CBS optimises it for you.
Service Inclusive is a prepaid service package covering parts, labour and fluids like engine oil, filters and brake fluid at a fixed upfront cost. It’s available for petrol/diesel/PHEV (up to 5 years/62,000 miles) and electric models (up to 4 years with no mileage limit), all carried out using Genuine BMW Parts.
Your BMW will display service alerts on the dashboard, and you’ll also get notifications through the My BMW app or iDrive. Alternatively, enter your reg on BMW’s online servicing page to check your vehicle’s status.
