You will lead and inspire the New Car Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring strong accountability and operational excellence throughout the function.

Your Responsibilities


  • Lead the BMW New Car Sales department to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Product Specialists.
  • Ensure delivery of an exceptional customer journey in line with BMW’s premium retail standards.
  • Drive performance through strong leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain and promote a deep understanding of the BMW brand and its values.

What we're looking for


  • Highly developed stock control and marketing skills.
  • Experience of managing a prestige/ luxury brand car operation.
  • Proven success within a sales management role.
  • Working knowledge of Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with and working knowledge of a contemporary dealer management system from a sales perspective.
  • BMW brand experience.
  • Highly developed management and motivational skills.
  • A passion for providing 5-star customer service and the ability to cascade this ethos throughout the sales team.
  • A reasonable understanding of management accounts and the analytical mindset required to identify profit opportunities and control expenses.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
