In this role, you’ll act as the key connection between our customers, workshop, and insurers—ensuring every step of the repair process runs seamlessly. From handling customer enquiries with professionalism to coordinating Bodyshop schedules, your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service.

Your Responsibilities
- To deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- To confirm method of payment with customer.
- To organise the loading of the Bodyshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity and available staff, this in conjunction with workshop control.
- To carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the Bodyshop.
- To build relationships with engineers and insurance companies
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of Drive invoicing
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills
- Experience of cash credit control
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within a team environment
