In this role, you won’t just greet customers—you’ll set the standard for the entire experience. From keeping visitor logs accurate and offering refreshments, to ensuring our customer areas are spotless and inviting, you’ll make sure every detail reflects the premium Halliwell Jones brand. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to keep the flow of customers smooth and ensuring no one is left waiting.

Your Responsibilities
- Be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Promptly direct customers to the correct department or member of staff.
What we're looking for
- Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.
- An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
- Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Team player that offers help and support to others.
- Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
