Your Responsibilities
- To ensure the efficient administration of all New and Existing rentals within defined operating policies.
- To provide administrative assistance as required to the Account Management Team.
- To provide administrative assistance as required to the Senior Managers across the Business.
- To maintain relationships with vehicle manufacturers and Dealer Groups.
What we're looking for
- Experience of working within a vehicle rental department.
- Working knowledge of Keyloop / Kerridge, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A passion for providing 5 star customer service.
- An understanding of Motor Manufacturers and vehicles they make.
- Strong communication skills.
