We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-focused Housekeeper & Customer Host to join our team at our MINI Centre in Chester. This dual role combines both customer-facing hosting and housekeeping responsibilities, playing an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our Centre.
As part of the team, you will help ensure customers feel welcomed and comfortable while also supporting the upkeep of a clean, organised, and well-presented showroom environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Greet and assist customers, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
- Answer and transfer telephone calls.
- Ensure customers are promptly directed to the appropriate department or member of staff.
- Clean and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in all areas including the showroom, offices, staff and customer toilets and corridors.
What we're looking for
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Reliable and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Able to carry out the practical duties associated with housekeeping tasks.
