Your Responsibilities


  • To invoice all categories of service jobs completed, including retail, corporate, internal, Service Plan and warranty.
  • To assist in ensuring that warranty claims are completed accurately in line with BMW requirements and submitted within the specified time frame.
  • To provide administrative support for Service Advisors and to provide cover for peak periods and absence.

  • Strong administration, communication, and customer service skills with a commitment to following processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working under pressure and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and supportive team player
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and stay up-to-date with product information
  • Flexible attitude to provide departmental cover
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
