Your Responsibilities
- Supervise the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.
- Manage workshop activity relating to KIA Technical issues and systems and overall productivity.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in aftersales/service with a focus on high achievement and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead, coach, and manage a service team to maintain high performance standards
- Strong judgement, discretion, diplomacy, and tact when dealing with staff and customers
- Excellent planning, monitoring, and operational control skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality, willing to support colleagues
- Commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with technical/product information
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
- Full, valid UK driving licence
