Your Responsibilities


  • Supervise the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage workshop activity relating to KIA Technical issues and systems and overall productivity.

What we're looking for


  • Proven track record in aftersales/service with a focus on high achievement and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lead, coach, and manage a service team to maintain high performance standards
  • Strong judgement, discretion, diplomacy, and tact when dealing with staff and customers
  • Excellent planning, monitoring, and operational control skills
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality, willing to support colleagues
  • Commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with technical/product information
  • Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
