Your Responsibilities
- Manage profitability and financial administrative duties for MINI vehicle sales ensuring adequate coverage within the centre.
- Achieve agreed financial sales targets for new and used car sales and finance income, within defined operating and financial guidelines including any profit generating products.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure timely achievement of all sales objectives, with specific responsibility for the Retention strategy.
- Monitor and update the CRM Portal daily, using Drive to allocate settlement requests and end-of-term activities to relevant sales executives in consultation with the MINI Brand Manager.
- Take responsibility for the enquiry management process ensuring adherence at all times.
- Maintain responsbility for the profit margin of each vehicle sales.
- Assist the MINI Brand Manager with new and used car stock.
- Support secondary facing and deal closures.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and FCA requirements.

- Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
- Highly reliable and focused, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective team player with the ability to use own initiative.
- Experience communicating with senior management.
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Proficient in Drive and Microsoft Word.
