As a Multi Franchise Vehicle Technician—you’ll have the opportunity to service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of makes and models. Your expertise across multiple vehicle brands will be vital in ensuring every car leaves our workshop performing at its best.

Your Responsibilities
- To carry out service, diagnostic and repair work efficiently and competently.
- To utilise previous multi-franchise experience to confidently diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including non-brand vehicles.
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds / BTEC) qualified.
- Bosch certification.
- Proven experience within a franchised dealership environment.
- Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair across a wide range of makes and models.
- Technical knowledge with the ability to use and adapt to different manufacturer diagnostic systems.
- Experience working to manufacturer standards, including warranty compliance and accurate job card completion.
- Ability to deliver first-time fixes within agreed timescales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Committed to continuous development and keeping up to date with evolving vehicle technology.
- Confident using diagnostic equipment and relevant computer systems.
