At Halliwell Jones (North Wales) Ltd, we are looking for an efficient and motivated Sales Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping ensure the smooth running of vehicle sales administration.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to process vehicle orders, maintain accurate records, and prepare essential documentation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure customer and manufacturer requirements are met while maintaining high standards.

Your Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in the smooth and efficient administration of vehicle sales.
- Support the sales team and management with daily administrative tasks.
- Accurately processes vehicle orders.
- Manage and monitor vehicle stock.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation.
- Ensure all customer and manufacturer requirements are fulfilled.

- Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.

- Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
- Full valid UK driving licence.
