As a Service Advisor, you will be the trusted link between our customers and our workshop—managing bookings, providing clear and timely updates, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and care associated with the BMW and MINI brands.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service requirements.
- Book service appointments and manage workshop scheduling efficiently.
- Provide accurate quotations and explain service procedures clearly.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Keep customers informed of progress, additional work required, and completion times.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service outcomes.
- Promote service plans, accessories, and additional products where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with Halliwell Jones standards and BMW guidelines.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive sector (preferred).
- Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK) and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional manner.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
