We are currently seeking a Vehicle Preparation Administrator to join our Aftersales centre at Halliwell Jones (Chester) Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our flagship site.
This role sits at the heart of the preparation process. Working in a fast-paced and highly organised environment, you will play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities
- To ensure the efficient administration of all New and Used Vehicles for the Group Prep Centre within defined operating policies.
- To liaise with all the Sales Departments for Vehicle preparation in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard and deadlines are achieved.
- To ensure valeting work is distributed and completed within required timescales.
- To ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- To ensure all vehicles are properly prepared for delivery and delivered on schedule.

- A commitment to proving excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
- Team player that offers help and support to others.
- Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
- Full valid UK driving licence.
