This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in a busy Bodyshop environment. With full training and support, you'll learn how to act as the key link between our customers, workshop, and insurers, helping to ensure every stage of the repair process runs smoothly.
From assisting with customer enquiries and keeping customers informed throughout the repair journey to supporting the coordination of Bodyshop schedules, you'll develop the knowledge and confidence to provide an exceptional customer experience while building a rewarding career with Halliwell Jones.

Your Responsibilities
- Deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- Confirm method of payment with customer.
- Organise the loading of the Bodyshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity and available staff, this in conjunction with workshop control.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the Bodyshop.
- Build relationships with engineers and insurance companies
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of Drive invoicing.
- Excellent customer service and organisation skills.
- Experience of cash credit control.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
