Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Deliver exceptional technical expertise within a premium automotive environment.
- Carry out vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Use diagnostic equipment and technology to identify and resolve faults.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain BMW brand standards and uphold the company's commitment to excellence.
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working as a Technician within a franchised dealership (BMW experience and certification preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with BMW diagnostic systems (e.g., ISTA, Autologic).
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Passionate about automotive technology and the BMW Brand.
