Customers who require a copy of their vehicle’s service history can submit a request using our dedicated form. Once received, we will provide the records we hold for any maintenance or servicing carried out at our Centres. Please note that we are only able to supply documentation relating to work completed by our authorised facilities.
We are unable to disclose personal or vehicle-specific information until the required identity and ownership checks have been completed. Service history information can only be released to the current registered keeper of the vehicle.
To process your request, please upload the following when submitting the form:
• A copy of your driving licence or passport
• A copy of your V5C logbook showing you as the registered keeper
Requests submitted without the required documentation, or where the details provided do not match, cannot be processed and will be disregarded in accordance with GDPR requirements.
