If you require vehicle recovery, and specialist help please call 0800 777 111 for BMW or call 0800 777 101 for MINI and quote your registration number. Available 24 hours a day, every day. Calls are free of charge from all consumer landlines and mobile phones.
- What if I have a service appointment booked?
We are cancelling all Service appointments booked up to 11th April 2020 currently for non-keyworkers and non-emergency service staff, and we will be in touch very soon to rearrange your appointment.
- Can I have a payment break on my current finance agreement?
All requests about payments on current financial agreements should be directed to the finance company named on your agreement. Details for BMW and MINI Finance below:
