Richard Cooper Joins Halliwell Jones Motorrad as Wildcard Rider for BMW F 900 R Cup
Halliwell Jones Motorrad is thrilled to announce that British racing star Richard Cooper will join the team as a Wildcard rider in the 2025 BMW F 900 R Cup.
Cooper will compete on the 2024 BMW F 900 R at Round 2 – Snetterton 20–22 June 2025 and Round 4 – Brands Hatch 25–27 July 2025, racing alongside Halliwell Jones Motorrad’s full-season rider Barry Burrell, who continues his campaign on the latest 2025 model.
A veteran of British Superbikes, Superstock 1000, and international road racing, Cooper is one of the most versatile and accomplished riders in the paddock. In 2023, he rounded out a perfect season by lifting the inaugural ABK Beer 0% BMW Motorrad F 900 R Cup championship, showcasing his adaptability and precision in the tightly contested one-make series.
